With provision as to
secured claims.
Creditors severally and respectively agree to accept
and take in full payment, satisfaction, and discharge (except as provided), all
and singular their debts, claims, demands and causes of action against debtor,
which are provable against the estates of the insolvent debtors under the laws
of the state existing as of today's date, whether payable now or at some future
time, the dividends which shall be payable to creditors, respectively, under
the provisions of this agreement. Creditors severally and respectively, each
and every one of them, release, acquit, and forever discharge debtor from all
claims, debts, and demands, except as provided: _________.
No creditor holding security shall release, impair or
in any manner affect his [her] right to the security; but if security is
applicable under insolvency laws or bankruptcy laws to the payment of the debt
or claim secured by it, creditor or creditors who are or shall become parties
