"You need to look carefully at the title of the form and its contents. If it was a Security Deposit Agreement, you would only use this form on its own if you were renting out informally for a few weeks to an acquaintance, friend-of-a-friend, and so on. Really, the terms relating to a security deposit, i.e. the amount to be paid, the conditions to be fulfilled for its return, and so on, should all be defined, usually in the rental agreement or lease. This bare form is really a receipt rather than an "agreement" containing the relevant terms. Most rental agreements or leases contain a term acknowledging the receipt of the security deposit and, if relevant, the first instalment of rent paid in advance. Thus, if for some reason, your renter/tenant signed an agreement before paying the security deposit, you would use this form to acknowledge receipt of that money and refer back to the main agreement to tie the two transactions together."
