Of several actions.
Plaintiffs in the described suits, represented by
undersigned attorneys as committee appointed by attorneys of record in the
suit, and defendants in those suits, have settled, and adjusted all claims and
demands made in the suits, together with all of claims of parties plaintiff to
date of a nature similar to causes of action asserted in the suits, on the
following terms and conditions:
1. The suits and claims adjusted are _________ suits
and claims of parties who are plaintiffs in suits in _________ Court for
_________ District of _________, set forth in list attached to and made a part
of this agreement.
2. Plaintiffs in the suits included shall dismiss them
and release their claims to date.
3. Defendants shall pay in full settlement and
compromise of all suits and claims included, to be apportioned among plaintiffs
as undersigned committee of lawyers shall direct, $_____ in cash and shall
further pay, as special attorneys' fee in suit of _________ to _________,
$_____.
4. The respective plaintiffs and defendants shall each
pay their own court costs.
5. Payment of respective amounts shall be made to
individuals entitled to them in manner which has been agreed on and set forth
in memorandum this day.
6. Defendants agree that they will deposit in one or
more of banks of City of _________ a sum sufficient to cover entire amount
agreed to be paid in this agreement. Such deposits to be made within one week
