Contract to secure future advances.

It is necessary that the company should have a further advance of money for the purpose of continuing the development of their mine, and for carrying on their business.

It is agreed between the parties, in consideration of the sum of money now due and owing to _________ by the company, and the further advances to be made by _________, as agreed here, and in further consideration of the premises stated, _________, of _________, is appointed manager, of all the property of the company in _________, and _________, as the manager, by _________ or _________'s agents, is to have the exclusive, sole, and irrevocable (except as subsequently mentioned) management of all the company's properties in _________, and of all the business in _________ of the company in mining and smelting silver and other ores, and any and all other lawful business, and, as such manager of the business and properties as stated above, _________ is authorized and empowered to do, execute, and perform any and all acts, deeds, matters, or things whatsoever, which ought to be done, executed, and performed, or which, in the opinion of _________, ought to be done, executed or performed, in or about the concerns, engagements, or business of the company, of every nature and kind whatsoever, as fully and effectually as it could do if the company were actually present, ratifying and confirming whatsoever _________ may do in and about the company's concerns and business.
